(CRIME NO.602 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.MP.No.7561 of 2020 by its order dated 16.12.2020 in Crl.OP.no.17199 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR,Govt.,Advocate, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners are filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17199 of 2020 for the offences punishable under sections 1478, 148, 341, 324, 302 of IPC in Crime No.602 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
