O R D E R

The land belonging to the family of the petitioner was acquired for establishment of Bharath Heavy Electrical Limited at Ranipet. There is a Scheme providing compassionate appointment for land losers. Hence, the petitioner made a representation, dated 15.05.2015 to the first respondent to provide employment for having acquired the land belonging to her family. However, there is no acknowledgment for having sent the said representation.

2. In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent claiming employment under land loser category and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of G.O.Ms.No.87 dated 27.01.1981, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
