This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 02.11.2020 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name with respect to the subject property. 1/4

2. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 27.11.2006 registered as document No.8809 of 2006. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the extract from the TSLR reflecting the name of the vendor of the petitioner. The petitioner submitted an online application on 02.11.2020 seeking for issuance of patta in her name. Since the same was not considered, a representation was also made on 17.12.2024 and the same also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 02.11.2020 and pass necessary orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
