Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2016 in respect of illegal encroachment by the 3rd respondent by putting up construction in 10 feet public road comprised in Survey No.283, at 1st Main Road, Gopalapuram, Pattabiram, [Thandurai], Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District and demolish the same.

This Court heard the submissions of Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.
