This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.6 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Villupuram District, Villupuram, for the offence u/s.408 and 420 IPC, the 1st respondent herein. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that a final report in C.C.No.109 of 2021 has already been filed and taken cognizance.

3.When the above statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above criminal original petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
