Crl.O.P.No. 8448 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint in CSR.No. 62 of 2024 given by the de-facto complainant, is pending.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
