ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.82 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner herein is an auto driver in a drunken mood, attacked the defacto complainant indiscriminately all over his body, the defacto complainant sustained multiple injury on his head , fore arm, fore head and got admitted in the hospital.
3. Considering the gravity and abscondence of the petitioner does not found any change in circumstances. Hence, petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
