The Miscellaneous Petition has been instituted to suspend the sentence dated 16.02.2024 passed in Spl.S.C.No.59 of 2022 on the file of Special Court under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu.

We have perused the evidence of PW2/victim minor girl and PW3/Doctor.
Deposition of these witnesses would be sufficient to form an opinion that the petitioner is not entitled for the relief of suspension of sentence.

Consequently, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Post the Criminal Appeal after two weeks.
