The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the record in relation to Public Auction Notice issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.189/2025 dated 05.03.2025 and quash the same as illegal in so far as Shop No.17 mentioned in column 2 of the public auction notice.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
