Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.789 of 2015 before the Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB and CBCID cases, Chennai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of release from prison order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.3448 of 2021 dated 26.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.DEVENDHIRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.
