This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 01.02.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in his name.

2. Heard Mr.E.Mohammed Abbas, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that orders have been passed by the respondent through proceedings dated 28.03.2025. On going through the order, it is seen that the petitioner's representation was rejected and a copy of the order has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
