ORDER

W.M.P. No.11940 of 2026 was filed by the petitioners, seeking to stay the impugned demand notice in Lr.No.AEP/OM/Town/ T.Malai/Ko/Electricity Theft/A.No.398/2026 dated 22.01.2026 on the file of the 3rd respondent pending disposal of the writ petition.

2. This Court, vide its order dated 25.03.2026 granted an order of interim stay, on condition that the petitioners shall deposit 10% of the demand amount of the respondents Board in A.S.No.33 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai on or before 15.04.2026.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought time for complying with the order of this Court.

4. This Court is not inclined to consider the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, dated 25.03.2026, the interim stay granted by this Court on 25.03.2026 stands vacated 15.04.2026 sts 2/3
