(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 450, 417, 376(2)(k), 313 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail application. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner was already arrested on 09.06.2021 and remanded to Judicial Custody.
