Prayer in W.P.No.19437 of 2023 : The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent pertaining to his order, dated 23.06.2023, quash the same and direct him to correct the date of birth of the petitioner in the office records as 14.06.1969. This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 215 days in filing the present review petition.

2. I do not find any ground to condone the delay as there are no sufficient causes.
