Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders on 03.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1733 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25867 of 2021 in Cr.No.38 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 25867 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that from 11.04.2022, the petitioner has not complied the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the petition to relax the condition is dismissed.
