(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.33062 of 2016 dated 14.11.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondent produced the copy of the order dated 04.01.2019 passed in S.L.P.No.43586 of 2018, wherein the following order has been passed:

"Issue notice on the special leave petition as well as on the application for condonation of delay, returnable in six weeks.

In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners on the basis of the impugned judgment of the High Court."

4. Recording the above said order, this Contempt Petition is closed.
