(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 564 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order dated 14.07.2022 in S.C.No.136 of 2019 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Ariyalur district.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
