The prayer in the present petition is to grant extension of time to give anticipatory bail sureties as ordered in CMP No.844 of 2015 dated 23.03.2015 by the learned I Additional Sessions Court, Salem.

2.Heard both sides.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the health condition of the petitioners' mother, the petitioners could not execute the sureties within time as ordered by the learned I Additional Sessions Court, Salem in CMP No.844 of 2015 dated 23.03.2015.

4. Taking a sympathetic view in the matter, the petitioners are granted further time of two weeks from today. All other conditions made in CMP No.844 of 2015 dated 23.03.2015 by the learned I Additional Sessions Court, Salem shall remain intact. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
