Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.John Kennedy, learned counsel, takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the proposed establishment of TASMAC wine shop or store area of TASMAC goods or TASMAC Bar at Konari Thottam, KuthiraikalMedu, Bavani Taluk, Erode District. According to the petitioner, such location would cause nuisance to the public. Ventilating the said grievance, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner has already made a representation on 24.04.2017 before the second respondent and it is stated that such representation is still pending. Therefore, it is for the second respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders, after hearing the petitioner. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such order is passed, the respondent shall maintain status quo, as on today. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
