Mr. R.Venkataraman, who is appearing Party-in-Person, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the application seeking leave to prosecute the Contempt Petition, reserving the right of the Petitioner to file separate Writ Petition for the grievance ventilated and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Sub Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
