O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.07.2020. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent had registered a case in Crime No.815 of 2020 on 07.06.2020. Subsequently, after completion of the investigation it was closed as mistake of fact.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that so far the petitioner was not examined by the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent did not serve any referred charge sheet notice to him.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to serve referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner/defacto complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court by way of protest petition.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Court below for appropriate relief.
