Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.5653 of 2021 order dated 31.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5653 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 IPC, altered to Section 294(b), 307 and 302 IPC in Crime No.32 of 2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4.Since, the petitioners are complying with the conditions and report daily before the respondent since 03.04.2021, they shall appear once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 A.M, for a period of ten more weeks. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
