[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the father of the detenu, Silambarasan S/o.Murugesan, who has been branded as "Bootlegger" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in C.M.P.No.20/B.L.A./C2/2018 dated 24.04.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in C.M.P.No.20/B.L.A./C2/2018 dated 24.04.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2228, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 06.06.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.
