(CRIME NO.742 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 am imposed upon the petitioner by way of order dated 16/12/2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7648/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16679/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KALIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7648 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16679 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(II) of IPC, in Crime No.742 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
