Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Declaration declaring the appointment of the Respondents 4 and 5 as B.T.Assistants (Science) in the Government Higher Secondary Schools for the Blind and in the Government High Schools for the Blind in Tamil Nadu as illegal, void and unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the Petitioners 1 and 2 as the B.T.Assistants (Science) in the said posts in the Government Higher Secondary School/Government High School for the Blind in Tamil Nadu with effect from the date of appointment of the Respondents 4 and 5.
