ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.126 of 2014 pending in C.C.No.758 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for issuing a direction to the respondent to conduct further investigation in terms of Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C in Crime No.126 of 2014 pending in C.C.No.758 of 2015. He further submits that during the pendency of the case, trial was progressed and now it is almost in the completing stage. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. He further submits that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent police to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. This Court directs the respondent police to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.
