The present civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 1624 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 & 3. 3.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each in favour of (i) Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020 , (ii) Schizophrenia Research Foundation ('Scarf'), #R/7A, North Main Road, Anna Nagar (West Extn.), Chennai - 600 101 and (iii) The Banyan Adaikalam, 6th Main Road, Mugappair Eri Scheme, Mugappair West, Chennai - 600 037, totalling to Rs.3 lakhs, within a period of fifteen days from today failing which this petition shall stand dismissed without any further https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis reference to this Court.
