PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to re-fix the seniority of the petitioner as Executive Officer Selection Grade with effect from 13.08.2003 on par with his junior J.Devaraj and consequently direct the respondents to grant all attendant benefits including revised pension and other terminal benefits.
