This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to order closure of the stone quarries cum crusher in Survey Nos.94/1D, 1E, 1H, 1I, 1J, 1L, 1N, 2C and other lands situated at Bukkasagaram village, Schoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 29.07.2019 and 29.05.2020.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner today. Learned counsel for the 6th respondent would state that the petitioner died in the month of May, 2023.

3. The petitioner had given representations for closure of stone quarries in the year 2019 and 2020. Further, there is no representation for the petitioner and it is reported that the petitioner also passed away. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
