PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking speedy disposal of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur District.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Thiruvallur to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

2. H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioner seeking for divorce on the ground of cruelty. The respondent, who has filed the counter is not cooperating with the Trial of the case.

3. Considering the circumstances so explained, since the issue pertains to a divorce between the petitioner and his wife and since the petitions of this nature are required to be disposed of without much delay, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, by giving suitable directions.

4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, by directing the learned Judge, Family Court, Thiruvallur to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforementioned directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
