3. By order dated 09.02.2026, this Court has granted permission to the plaintiff to take out necessary application to file a reply statement. Pursuant to the said liberty, the present application has been filed, seeking to grant leave to file a replication to the written statement filed by the respondents.

4. Even though the learned counsel appearing for the respondents had serious objections, considering the fact that liberty was granted to the applicant

to file a reply statement and for completion of the pleadings, this Court is of the view that the leave as prayed for could be granted.
