By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The Petitioner is the daughter of late Balaraman and according to her, on the demise of her grandfather Sellappa Reddiar, the right to title and interest in respect of the lands measuring 1 acre 44 cents in Survey No.583/2 and 1 acre 70 cents in Survey No.162/1 devolved on the four sons which include her father. The petitioner would further state that at the time of formulating U.D.R. Scheme, the fourth respondent and his family members, has filed false affidavit and fraudulently claimed that they are entitled to patta stating that they are the legal heirs of one

deceased Ayyavoo Reddiar and the third respondent without properly verifying the records has granted patta in favour of the fourth respondent though the said lands belonged to her father and it was put to challenge in W.P.No.7160 of 2008 and this Court has granted liberty to the father of the petitioner to file Statutory Appeal before the second respondent herein. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though the appeal was taken on file, and adjourned very many times, final orders has not been passed and hence, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.A.A.Lawrance, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

4. This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal in Na.Ka.No.Aa3/25185/2009 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS IV ) *Corrected as per the order of this court dated 07.07.2015 and made herein.
