Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ, order or Direction more specifically in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and the second respondents to issue hall ticket to the petitioner to appear and write the remaining examinations in the second semester starting from 29.05.2014 and on other dates and also for a consequential direction to the first, second and third respondents not to disturb the petitioner continuing her MBA course or examinations in future for want of Provisional Certificate till she completes the Extension Activity (Rotract) course commencing from June 2014 in the fourth respondent college.
