O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent not to entertain any document presented for registration touching upon the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the grounds raised and without going into the merits of the case, as and when a document is presented for registration before the first respondent, the objections given by the petitioner shall be considered and a decision shall be taken on its own merits and in accordance with law, before entertaining the document for 2/4

registration.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
