Respondent/Complainant Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition No. (b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4835 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019 by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, I/C, Principal Sessions Court, Chennai shall be modified as and when required by the respondent police.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.4835 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447 and 506(i) IPC r/w. Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.203 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, I/C, Principal Sessions Court, Chennai has granted Anticipatory bail on certain conditions one among is that ''5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M for a period of one month.''

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner comply with the condition regularly. However, his routine work and his business was stalled. Due to this, he prayed for modification of the condition.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 27.03.2019 to 04.04.2019.

6. In view of the submissions, made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4835 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.

7. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
