PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the orders in (1) Pro.Na.Ka.No.06120/C2/E1/2016 dated 22.01.2016 of the third respondent and (2) Pro.Na.Ka.No.48/A1/2016 dated 27.6.2016 of the 6th Respondent, quash the order dated 22.01.2016 of the third respondent insofar as extending the applicability of the same to the panels for promotion as on 1.1.2016 as crucial date, quash the consequential order dated 27.6.2016 of the 6th respondent insofar as it relates to the petitioner to the limited extent of declaring him as not fit for promotion as Graduate Teacher (English) and to issue consequential directions to the Respondents to promote the petitioner as Graduate Teacher (English) based on his placement in the panel dated 2.

2.2016 (as on 1.1.2016) for Tiruttani Union, Thiruvallur District, with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of his immediate juniors with consequential benefits. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Ravi For Respondents : Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam Addl.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also submitted a letter to that effect dated 25.12.2022.
