The present transfer petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the SFCOP.No.163 of 2012 pending on the file of the Principal District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judge, Villupuram and transfer the same to some other Court.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present transfer petition based on certain allegations against the Presiding Officer. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent that the said Presiding Officer against whom the petitioners had levelled allegations was transferred and a new Presiding Officer has taken charge.
