Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent-State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Madras, made in M.V.Appeal No.141 of 2009 dated 09.02.2010 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to grant a mini bus permit to the petitioner forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to the filing of Writ Petition, the scheme itself has got changed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.
