(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) It is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the present review application came to be filed based on subsequent development in the form of the order dated 22.12.2017 passed in W.P.No.33423 of 2017.

2. Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner would submit that the writ petition challenging the community status of Mr.C.Sanjeevi, who is the maternal uncle of the petitioner, came to be rejected and therefore, there cannot be any impediment to issue Community Certificate as "Kondareddi (Schedule Tribe) Community" in favour of his children.

3. Per contra, Mrs.Narmadha Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that it is highly doubtful whether Mr.C.Sanjeevi is actually the maternal uncle of the petitioner and brought to the notice of this Court that to review the order dated 22.12.2017 made in W.P.No.33423 of 2017, Rev.Aplw.No.30 of 2018 has been filed and the same is likely to be listed before the Division Bench consisting of the Hon'ble Mr.Justice C.T.Selvam and the Hon'ble Mr.Justice M.V.Muralidaran and therefore, this Review Application can be taken up subsequently.

5. In the light of the judgement of the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court in Vasanthakumar Vengatessane, Advocate v. The Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Madras and another [2015 (4) CTC 13], the present Review Application is to be listed before one of the Judge, who was a party to the earlier orders and also in the light of the fact that the Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.V.Muralidaran also forms part of the Division Bench, which disposed of W.P.No.33423 of 2017, for which Rev.Aplw.No.30 of 2018 has been filed, the Registry, after obtaining necessary orders from the Hon'ble Chief Justice, shall list this review application along with Rev.Aplw.No.30 of 2018 before the concerned Bench.
