ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025 and registered the FIR against the respondents 5 to 7.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent on 27.02.2025 in CSR.No.21 of 2025 dated 25.03.2025 and the same is still pending without any progress. 4.

In view of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to

conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any, and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
