ORDER

By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the nature of the order that is going to be passed in the present writ petition, notice to respondents 4 to 7 stands dispensed with.

2. The present writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2024.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed a representation on 20.12.2024 alleging unlawful transfer and issuance of patta. However, the said representation has not been considered so far by the second respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court. Page No.2 of 5

4. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, that the concerned respondent would consider the representation submitted by the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7 or to any other interested parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which is accepted to by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not dealt with the merits of the representation submitted by the petitioner and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
