These petitions have been filed seeking to relax the condition as imposed in the order dated 25.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.1502, 1504 & 1506 of 2023 that the petitioners should appear before the Inspector of police, F4 Thousand Light Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in the order dated 25.01.2023 as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
