This Court, after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, passed judgment in the above Appeal on 05.10.2021.

2. Before the judgment could be signed, learned counsel for the Appellant sought clarification and hence, the matter was listed on 29.10.2021.

3. Today, this matter is again listed under the caption 'for clarification'. It is represented by the learned counsel for the Appellants that, the remaining amount due to the 1st Respondent/Writ Petitioner has been paid and the said submission has been endorsed by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st Respondent/Writ Petitioner.

4. In view of the above, no further clarification is required in this matter.
