These civil revision petitions have been filed, to set aside the orders and decreetal orders dated 16.11.2017 made in I.A.Nos.12363 of 2017 and 13413 of 2016 in O.S.No.13224 of 2010 on the file of the III - Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Ms.Saranya Suresh appearing for Mr.R.Swaminathan, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the civil revision petitions have become infructuous, since the suit in O.S.No.13224 of 2010 was disposed of on 28.08.2019.

3. Recording the said statement, these civil revision petitions are dismissed of having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
