PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the second respondent in Aa.thi.Mu.1014/A1/16 dated 29.07.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the general transfer counseling for the academic year 2016-17.

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the second respondent in Aa.thi.Mu.1014/A1/16 dated 29.07.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the general transfer counseling for the academic year 2016-17.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that due to subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and hence, the writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
may be dismissed as infructuous.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
