ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to register the Association based on the application submitted by the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the District Registrar has considered the application and the application has been rejected. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the rejection order will be sent to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. 3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. If ultimately, the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order, it is let open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
