(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8314 of 2020 dated 09.06.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date of lifting of lock down and the commencement of the Court's normal functioning.
