ORDER

The present writ petition is filed, challenging the order of the second respondent dated 23.01.2025 in T.R.No.2024/0103/12/651377TR insofar as it added the names of the respondents 3 to 6 in Patta No.3639 pertaining to property comprised in Survey No.19/2, situated at Mathuvarayapuram Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 6 would submit that their names have already been removed from patta No.3639 in respect of the subject property and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

3. Learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that a suit is pending in respect of the subject property and depending upon the outcome of the said suit, any request by the petitioner for mutation of patta would be considered.

4. Recording the above, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
