ORDER

The prayer sought for in this petition is to extend the time period for furnishing the sureties by the petitioner before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam in complying with the order dated 10.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8360 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the order was passed on 10.06.2020, he was not able to get the order until 25.06.2020.
