When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police filed counter affidavit stating that after completing investigation in Cr.No.55 of 2012, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, for the offences under sections 120(B), 420, 423, 465, 468 and 471 IPC, and the same is yet to be taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the said statement in the counter affidavit, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
